Courage v. Fear: Navigating the Big Risks Necessary to Go Big
Nobody wants to fail—and yet, no one succeeds every time. In an era of “go big or go home” and constant media change, how can creatives balance their sense of courage with the sense of fear that comes with making a case, making a change or making something altogether new? And when you do fail, how do you get up to do it all over again?
Our panel of experts will share real-life stories of embracing fear and finding courage in their creative careers and their clients. We will learn how they acted and convinced their clients to follow suit, even when the path ahead was unknown—and what happened next.

This panel looks at how the creative paradigm is shifting as we explore a variety of issues including: Where to find and nurture talent? Where can agencies add value? What role technology is or isn’t playing in creativity?
